Track physical variables, including slumber (quality together with amount); practice (amount together with type); eating/drinking (amount together with type); together with overall unloosen energy level.
Track your daily productivity (amount of run yous give-up the ghost done; character of the run yous give-up the ghost done); character of your persuasion generation (how good you're seeing markets together with generating merchandise ideas); character of your trading (making correct decisions at the correct time); together with character of your learning from your trading (journaling, run on yourself).
